50 mile bike ride 4/3/2004

Is it supposed to do that?	Are you ready for this?

We rode from Beal's Point (in Folsom) to Old Sacramento where had lunch at the Downtown Mall (32 miles)
and then rode back to Sunrise blvd (20 miles).

We did it!	Woohoo!

We started at 10:00 am and were at the 50 mile mark at 4:30 pm (6 hours and 30 minutes)
That includes 2 hours of rest (lunch and stretch breaks)
Actual riding time was 4hours 28 minutes and they averaged 11.1 miles an hour
Well Done!!!
